JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. S. Prasad, learned AC to learned AAG-4 for the State and Mr. Ram Kinker Choubey, learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that a sanction letter was sent by the Water Resources Department contained in Memo No. 497 dated 08.07.2022 for fixation of revised pension to the office of the Accountant General, Bihar.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State also admits that the statement to that effect has been made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5.

4. Accountant General, Bihar is directed to issue PPO and the Treasury Officer must ensure to obtain 'No Objection' from the concerned department at his own level so that he must ensure payment of revised pension to the petitioner within a period of three weeks.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
