2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Korma P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Sheikhpura.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
