2. This is the 2nd attempt on behalf of the petitioner for anticipatory bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 328 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Earlier the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail was dismissed as withdrawn vide Cr. Misc. No. 28819 of 2021 dated 07.03.2022.
4. The petitioner has preferred this application for anticipatory bail after 3 years of its rejection.
5. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56063 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 Nadu and another reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, rejected.
6. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below on or before 7th of October 2025 failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur will ensure the arrest of the petitioner.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
