JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He is in custody since 22.7.2014 in a case registered for offence under sections 304B/34 IPC.

His prayer for bail had been rejected by this court on 4.2.2015 with liberty to renew the prayer after three months. Let the petitioner as above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Jamo Bazar Police station Case No. 96 of 2013. He will cooperate in the trial.
