This is an application for bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpires in the confessional statement of co-accused and there is recovery from his possession.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and the recovery of ATM card is of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that other co-accused having similar allegation has been granted bail by the court below itself and petitioner is in custody for four months having clean antecedent.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sikandar Paswan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Chandi P.S.Case No. 114 of 2017, subject to the conditions :- (i) One of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned, (ii) Petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear in court on each and every date fixed in the case, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
