Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bairgania P.S.Case No. 200 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 372, 373/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he abducted the victim girl for selling her for prostitution. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the girl is of bad character and her husband has stated so and altercation took place between the husband and wife and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51444 of 2018 (2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
