2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 420 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Initially, the case was registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code but the police has submitted chargesheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of torturing and killing his wife who had three female children.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 10.10.2023 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the fact that the deceased has committed suicide, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
