Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47, 52, 54 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Prior to prohibition of liquor, petitioner was a licensee and it is alleged that after prohibition of the liquor in the State, 68 bottles of Indian made foreign liquor as well as country made liquor were recovered from the shop of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 04.07.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
