Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 607 of 2020 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The injuries sustained does not corroborate the allegations levelled in the first information report, as is evident from the Injury Report as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
