2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 109, 303 ( 2 ), 351 ( 2 ) , 351 (3) and 352 of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Urmila devi alleged that on 08.04.2025 at about 4 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted son of informant due to which he sustained injury . It is further alleged that one of the accused persons snatched gold chain of son of informant and this petitioner snatched government papers and also threatened informant and his son with dire consequences. Accordingly, the present F.I.R was lodged.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Rest of the allegations are ornamental to make the case grave .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner along with other coaccused has committed the alleged offence . Petitioner has got 5 criminal antecedents out of which most of them are of similar nature .

6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedents of this petitioner and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
