The petitioner is said to be one of the main assailants in the case having fired twice at the deceased resulting in his death.

Considering the fact that there is overwhelming material on record so as to connect this petitioner with the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

However, it appears that the case is of the year 2013 but till date the case has not yet been committed to the court of Session. Accordingly, the court below is directed to expedite the process and the case be committed to the court of session at an
