2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-74, 76, 79, 115(2) and 352 of B.N.S.
3. According to FIR, the petitioner having entered into house of the informant, abused her in filthy languages as also assaulted and outraged her modesty.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent. As a matter of fact, the petitioner had sold four decimals of land on 07-02-2017 to the informant through registered sale deed and the informant built house thereon and she is residing in that house. The western boundary
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54250 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 of the informant's house touches the petitioner's land and she was demanding passage from the western side of her house. On denial, the present false case has been lodged. The petitioner is in custody since 18-06-2025.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Simra P.S. Case No. 28 of 2025 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
