In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No.25 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 506, 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. There was a dispute between the accused persons and the informant and the accused persons wanted to have a compromise. Allegation has been made that on the day of incident, the accused persons took away the son of the informant, took him to the boat and killed him.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
