This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram Town (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 897 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case of the prosecution is that four accused persons including the petitioner herein had snatched a sum of Rs. 2300/- from the pocket of the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is not an accused in any other case as well as he is a student.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51778 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 897 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
