JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 363, 366A, 370B, 373, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 of the Immoral Traffic Act as well as Section-4/8 of POSCO Act. No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but there is only allegation against the petitioner that he provided his house to keep the kidnapped girls. However, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that both the victims have not stated name of the petitioner to the effect that they have been kept in the house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that moreover, one FIR named accused namely, Meenu Devi has already been

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baliya P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Begusarai.
