2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 323, 224, 337, 338, 332 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing vehemently for sometime realizing his difficulty seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.1, Rajendra Paswan @ Rajendr Paswan.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. The anticipatory bail application is dismissed as

6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners next submits that petitioner no.2 has antecedent of one case and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the informant alleges that Rajendra Paswan, who is an accused of Beldour P.S. Case No.206 of 2024, was arrested when his family members along with others freed him from the police custody. It is submitted that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioner rather allegation is general and omnibus in nature.
7. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
8. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner no.2, namely, Abhishek Kumar @ Abhishek Paswan, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 228/2024, subject to the
