The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one N.P. bore rifle and one N.P. bore revolver along with 20 cartridges of rifle and 10 cartridges of revolver were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR reflects that licences of rifle and revolver in the name of Shesh Nath Singh were also seized along with the arms, who is the tenant of the petitioner and investigation has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 213 of 2015.
