That this Writ Application is being filed praying issuance of appropriate Order / Direction(s) / Writ(s) setting aside the Order dated 21.06.2023 passed in Review No.183 of 2022 by the Court of Divisional Commissioner (Annexure-P/7) upholding the Order dated 03.08.2022 passed by the D.P.O, Bettiah, West Champaran, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been removed illegally from her service of Lady Supervisor (Mahila Parvekshika) after about 12

1/A. That this Writ Application is also being filed praying herein an appropriate Order / Direction / Writ directing the concerned Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner into the service with all the consequential benefits that she may be entitled to in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
