By filing the present application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report being Ariari P.S. Case No.4 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 380, 436, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the present

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1059 of 2013 dt.19-01-2015 application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
