JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-302 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to prosecution case itself, it was husband of the deceased who dropped her at the door of informant and furthermore, it was husband of the deceased who demanded land from the informant. So far as petitioner is concerned; he happens to be father-in-law of the deceased. Moreover, the postmortem report of the deceased goes to show that no apparent injury was found on her person and the doctor could not ascertain the real cause of death of the deceased.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40906 of 2016 (4) dt.24-11-2016 2/2 of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nardiganj P.S.
