Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 61 of 2020 registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had earlier moved this court twice for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 40018 of 2021 and Cr. Misc No. 63992 of 2022, which was rejected vide orders dated 29.03.2022 and 16.11.2022 respectively.

No.59371 of 2022(14) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 Considering that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioners warranting reconsideration of the prayer for bail of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Their prayer for bail is accordingly rejected.
