JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 356, 379, 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. some unknown miscreants have snatched the motorcycle of the informant. It further appears that later on, on the confessional statement of the co-accused, name of the petitioner transpires.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against him. He has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, he has to surrender and pray for regular
