JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Aditional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner was apprehended along with 15 liters of mahua wine and for that he is under custody since 01.06.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para 3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner namely Karu Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj PS case no. 64 of 2016.
