The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur (Fekla O.P.) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 365, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused and in the opinion of this Court it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
