It has been submitted that in the cause title of the order dated 26-09-2018, the name of petitioner No. 2 has wrongly been mentioned as Gunjan Devi in place of Gunjan Kumar. Accordingly, the order dated 26-09-2018 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the order, the name of petitioner No. 2 be read as Gunjan Kumar in place of Gunjan Devi. The time for surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for six weeks from today.

All other terms and conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 26-09-2018.
