The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 17.02.2015 in the evening four people on two motorcycle came to the factory of the informant in village Madhopur and started assaulting the family members and snatched their ornaments and took away Rs.90,000/- in cash. On the basis of the written report by the informant, Sadar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015 was registered against the petitioner and other accused persons.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2015 and the charge
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25075 of 2015 (3) dt.21-07-2015 sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery of any incriminating articles from the possession of the petitioner. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015.
