JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-08-2024 This is an application for quashing of the order dated 13.12.2022 passed by the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 37 of 2012 by which the charges have been framed against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 411, 504, 179, 353, 427, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. From reading of the F.I.R. and the materials available on record, strong prima-facie case is found against the petitioner.

3. Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56083 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 Supreme Court in the case of Ram Prakash Chadha V/s State of U.P.; 2024 SCC OnLine SC 1709, this application is dismissed.
