Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Taking into consideration that it is a case of gang rape and there is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Jehanabad stands rejected.
