The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 70 of 2022 registered under Sections 302/120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. The name of the petitioner has been transpired in course of investigation. Further he submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged property of the deceased nor they are likely to be benefited after the death of the deceased. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
