The petitioner seeks bail in Kathaiyan P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The brother of the deceased alleged that his sister was married to Sunil Patel, the son of the petitioners about one year ago. Sunil Patel was torturing his sister due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle. The informant got information that his sister was burnt to death.

There is omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25590 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Virendra Kumar Chaubey, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kathaiyan P.S. Case No. 24/2014.
