2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basantpur (Lakri Nabiganj) P.S. Case No. 489 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other criminals were caught red handed while they were assaulting a person.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2022.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner is accused in four more cases.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Basantpur (Lakri Nabiganj) P.S. Case No. 489 of 2022.

10. The petitioner will mark his attendance at Assaon Police Station on every Sunday. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
