Petitioner is said to have been caught by the police along with others while he as well as others were making preparation to commit dacoity but admittedly, no arm was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and furthermore, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Ara in Ara Rail P.S. Case no. 12/2015.
