Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No.146 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 109, 285, 506/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of J.M. 1st Class, Patna. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56239 of 2023(3) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner.
