2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 302/34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., Petitioner No 1 is only order giver. Specific accusation is against Petitioner No. 2 Revti Ranjan @ Revti Raman who caused firearm injury on the chest of the deceased. There is absolutely no allegation against Petitioner No. 3.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53948 of 2025(4) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner No. 3 claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the Petitioner Nos. 1 Mina Devi @ Meena Devi and Petitioner No. 3 Gagan Gunjan be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with S.T. No. 113/2025, arising out of Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 77/2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Prayer of Petitioner No. 2 Revti Ranjan @ Revti Raman for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
