The petitioner seeks bail in Sursand P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of Sajid Ansari and Shyam Rai. The petitioner is in jail since 17.04.2015 but he is not put on Test Identification Parade. Similarly situated co-accused Santosh Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order dt. 20.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24233 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25593 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 74/2015.
