2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 452, 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 29.06.2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 11370 of 2015.

3. Having regard to the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/Ibrar U T
