29-03-2017 Today again, on call, a prayer is being made on behalf of petitioners, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 13 as well as Sri Sourendra Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 & 4/Bihar Rajya Beej Nigam, for granting further time.
In this case, it has been noticed that whenever, the case is taken up, on the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, the case was got adjourned. The prayer for adjournment is refused. Sri Sourendra Pandey, learned counsel for respondent/Beej Nigam submits that by efflux of time, virtually the writ petition has already become infructuous, since initially the petitioners were offered appointment on contract basis and instead of joining, he raised a dispute for pay-scale and he did not join.
