Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that the petitioner has also filed a quashing application bearing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 56022 of 2023 in which vide order dated 04.09.2023, the operation of the FIR has been stayed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, as such this application has become infructuous.
