JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 28/2019, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and allegation against her is of causing death of the deceased in connection with demand of dowry.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has falsely been implicated in this case and during investigation materials have come that the deceased had love affair with some other persons but her marriage was solemnized with the son of informant against her will and due to which, she committed suicide. Further submission is that in this case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52027 of 2019(3) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 husband and father in law of the deceased have not been made accused.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda), in connection with Nagarnausa P.S.
