The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted that from perusal of seizure-list, it appears that one country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and no other semi manufactured arms was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 22.9.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Pandarak P.S.Case No. 163 of 2014.
