The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the IPC and Section 3 (x) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant ASI with sword and other police Constables.

It is submitted that the petitioner was also assaulted by the informant and constables. The informant got simple injury. The petitioner is in jail since 19.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 6 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Dharahara P.S.Case No.175 of 2014.
