Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No. 240 of 2015 registered under Sections- 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code to which section 411 was also added. .

It is alleged that some unknown persons stolen the idols of Ram, Laxman, Janki, Laddu Gopal made by Ashtdhatu and brass including utensils of different metals and DVD of Samsung Company.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. It

Chand, who disclosed the name of this petitioner, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31884 of 2016. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused namely, Moon @ Dakua and Md. Illiyas Mansoori, have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 05.09.2016 and 19.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 26437/2016 and 21319/2016 respectively.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No. 240 of 2015.
