The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No.22 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 385, 386 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that the name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Prince Kumar. He is in custody since 09.04.2019.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein the materials have come in course of investigation that

No.52174 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 this petitioner had fired from pistol which caused injury to the informant and further that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent having three cases on his head, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner at this stage. This application is dismissed.
