JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46580 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2015, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner and others have brutally assaulted the deceased. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

However, considering the detention of the petitioner, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months, failing which the petitioner, if at no fault, may renew his prayer for bail. siddharth/- (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) U T
