Petitioner is accused in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015 registered under Sections 366A of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. He has been implicated in this case on suspicion. Compromise has been arrived at between the parties and good relation has been established. Charge has already been framed in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49825 of 2016 (4) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 6 of 2015.
