The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 356, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code subsequently added section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R. four unknown persons on two motorcycles came and snatched his money bags containing Rs.2,34,750/- and yet he has not been put on TIP. Petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2019.

Considering the fact that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and yet he has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56565 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019.
