2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2016 in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 47, 53(B)(C) of the Bihar Excise Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he is merely the driver of the vehicle from which the recovery of 1230 bottles containing 400 ml. wine each has been recovered.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged and recovery of quantity of 1230 bottles of wine, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. Md. Ibrarul/Chandran (Vikash Jain, J) U T
