The petitioner is in custody since 17072017 in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 154 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the co-villager of the husband of the sister of the informant. He has no concern in commission of the offence and only merely on suspicion he has been taken into custody. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
