Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POSCO Act.

As per FIR, petitioner is in physical relationship with the victim girl on the assurance of marriage and later on he refused to marriage.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that that medical report shows that she is a major girl. There is no allegation of threatening or he has committed rape rather it appears to be a consensual physical relationship between the parties. He is in custody since 02.06.2019.
