Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession nor he has not been put on test identification parade, even then the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by the Adhoc Additional & Sessions Judge IV, Jamui only on the ground that petitioner has been dragged in this case on the basis of secret information.

It is very shocking to see the approach of the learned Adhoc Additional & Sessions Judge IV, Jamui Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13754 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional district Judge IInd Jamui in connection with session trial no. 605 of 2013 arising out of Jhajha P.S.Case No. 08 of 2008.
